It’s been 150 years since parishioners of St. Mary Cathedral Parish in Austin requested a school for their children and since two Holy Cross sisters fulfilled that request.

San Juan Diego Catholic High School (SJDCHS) in Austin turns 15 this year, and in the fall the school will have a brand-new school building.

So much wonderful news contained in one map! We want all children to have access to a wonderful Catholic education, and this map highlights Catholic schools that have been successful in recruiting Latino students. The schools featured are only the beginning! We want to multiply these stories, over and over. If your school has experienced recent growth in Latino enrollment, please let us know by following the link in the bottom left of the map.
