Misty Poe

Misty Poe has dedicated over 29 years to Catholic education in the Diocese of Austin.

Throughout her career, she has served in various roles, including teacher, Dean of Students, Assistant Principal, and Principal of both elementary and middle schools. After six years as the Assistant Superintendent for the Diocese of Austin, she now holds the position of Superintendent.

Mrs. Poe also contributes her expertise beyond the diocese, serving as the President of the Texas Catholic Conference of Bishops Education Commission, a member of the St. Edward’s University School of Education Board, and a board member of the Innovative Catholic School Network. She earned her B.S. in Interdisciplinary Studies from Southwest Texas State University and her M.Ed. in School Administration from Sam Houston State University.
