Catholic Services Appeal Catholic School Contest

• Schools are invited to submit a 60-90 second video explaining their interpretation of the contest theme.
• Schools can submit multiple videos, but can only be eligible to win one scholarship.
• All videos must be original work and be submitted electronically as an attachment or link.  
• The funds should be used for the 2025-2026 academic year. 

Submitted videos can be used for marketing purposes for Catholic Schools in the Diocese of Austin, as well as the Catholic Services Appeal.

There will be three winners selected:

• 1st Place will receive a $7,000 grant;
• 2nd Place will receive a $5,000 grant; and
• 3rd Place will receive a $3,000 grant.

Winners will be notified by the last week of September and will be formally recognized at the Diocesan Catholic Services Appeal reception at St. William Parish in Round Rock, on October 11, 2025.

• Multiple videos can be submitted per school.
• Each project must be accompanied by a cover page with (1) school name (2) students involved (first and last name, and grade), and if it's a special group/student organization please include that as well, and (3) what will the money be used for.

Projects will be judged based on content, voice, creativity, and overall conformity to the theme.
