No, we do not issue tickets.  Your name and the names of your guests are listed on our registration form.  You simply check-in upon arrival with the same names from the registration.

Each table can accommodate up to 10 seats. 

Yes, all of the guest fields are optional when buying your table online. It is a good idea to confirm with them about any potential dietary restrictions and to let us know, at your earliest opportunity so we can properly accommodate those.

A discounted rate of $189 plus taxes and fees has been reserved at the Hyatt Regency for a limited number of rooms for the night of the Gala, January 13. This guestroom rate is available until Saturday, Dec. 30, 2023.

The dress code for the event is cocktail attire.

Please check-in at the registration tables located on the 2nd floor (when parking in the garage). For valet parking, there will be additional registration tables on the 1st floor by the Zilker ballroom. The gala will be held in the Zilker ballroom.
